Pneumatic Hex Cutter Tool For Hexagonal Rivet Nut Hole

It is a tool used to make round holes into hexagonal holes. The round hole is completed by a drilling machine. Then install the punch and the reference mold on the tool, insert it into the round hole, remove the excess part, and it becomes a hexagonal hole, which can be inserted into a hexagonal thread.
In this way it is possible to easily and rapidly install threaded inserts which, owingto the hexagon profile, guarantee the non-rotation of the joint, with evident advantages as regards the production process and the offered performances, compared to round threaded inserts or other competitor technologies (nuts, welded nuts, etc...).
The use of this tool for threaded inserts enlarges the range of application (up to
now it was restricted to the employment of prepunched sheets) for box-type design pieces, small production series and in-situ applications.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
1.workpiece with round hole.
2..Insert the outer knife part completely into the round hole, and make the section of the inner knife close to the plane of the workpiece, press the trigger tool to start working
3.After cutting into hexagons at one time, release the trigger, the inner and outer cutter heads are reset one after another, and the workpiece is automatically withdrawn
Keep the cutter head clean, so as not to affect the next work

Sets blind rivet nuts from M4 to M10 in all materials .
